For seniors, this is our final stretch before we graduate high school. It will be full of good memories from prom to clap out, and some stress from finals to AP testing. The best of the senior year events will take place in these final few weeks, so lets ask some of our seniors what they are most excited about looking into the future and what they think they will miss the most from their years in highschool:
Kaitlyn Carson: I’m looking forward to getting a new fresh start especially since I’m going to a college out of state and I’m looking forward to growing as an individual especially in a new town and new state. I’m going to miss interacting with people, especially those people you grew so close with.
Tanner Langdon: I’m looking forward to the new opportunities and experiences that ill have after high school and I will miss the sense of community and camaraderie that Lamphere nourishes.
Karina Witmer: I’m looking forward to starting a new chapter in my life, continuing my education and having a family of my own and to raise my own kids and im really going to miss seeing my friends and my favorite teachers everyday
Haylie Hart: im excited to move out of michigan, im going to miss the people that im friends with now especially my underclassmen friends (brooklyn boyd)
Madison Hayter: I’m excited to learn about who I am outside of high school expectations and to get my degree. I’m going to miss the friendships I’ve made during this time and how close I am with people.
Rand Nuaimi: I’m looking forward to this new chapter of my life and studying to get my degree. I will miss all the friendships I have made and all my favorite teachers that I had all throughout high school.
As our year is coming to a close we congratulate all of our Lamphere 2026 seniors and everything they have accomplished over the past four years! they have grown not only as students but as individuals, creating memories, friendships, and achievements that will last a lifetime.
We proudly congratulate them as they prepare to walk across the stage on June 5th, marking the end of their high school journey and the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
