Taylor Franke Paul is a famous influencer who “created” momtok. She is known for being one of the main swingers in the swinger scandal, in 2021 she got divorced from her husband Tate Paul In 2022. She started dating Dakota. In 2023, which is showcased in Season 1 of the SLOMW. In the first season she was arrested for domestic violence, In the show it showed a body cam video of them talked to Taylor about what happed which showed her getting arrested. She shared her experience and the steps she was taking to get better and her probation steps. Which later on we watched Taylors and Dakotas relationship still happened, later you see she got pregnant with her son, Ever True later on which causes her to have a deeper connection with Dakota which causes her to go down a rabbit hole.
In 2025, she was announced as the next bachelorette for the new season of The Bachelorette. This is when season 4 of Secret Lives started filming, which causes the season to be showed more of Taylor and what she was doing with all of this information. This is also when Jenn and Whitney were on Dancing with the Stars. And Mayci Neeley’s book picked up with her touring, but also how Mikayla Mathews and her husband dealt with their personal problems and how Jessi Draper and her husband was at the edge of divorce. That season also show cased Layla Taylor and her mental health and her relationship with Mason. In late October, the bachelorette started filming. She supposedly had found someone on the bachelorette and the big reunion special called the “Before The First Rose” with her and all the other previous Bachelorettes came together was aired; however, that would be the only bachelorette episode aired for the new season.
Recently, her season of The Bachelorette got canceled due to all of the new things that are happening with Dakota. Dakota and Taylor have a very toxic relationship as seen on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, but they always get back together, even though many people thought they shouldn’t be together. In season 4 of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, we saw the other women in the group try to help her prepare for the bachelorette, including her Mom and Sister. In the last season, we saw that Dakota stopped by to pick up his son and to “apologize” to Taylor for his actions which caused Taylor to not get out of bed to leave with her mom, sister, and her kids. The rest of the group stopped at her house to remind her not to give up this opportunity, which finally led Taylor to catch a later flight and meet up with her Mom, Sister, and her kids.
From what was leaked on social media, we know that she picked Doug Mason as the winner of the Bachelorette. She got proposed to and said yes, but things quickly ended when she went back to Utah, and the engagement was suddenly called off. Once the video was leaked to TMZ about the incident that happened in 2023 between Taylor and Dakota, ABC wasn’t really thrilled that this was all leaked right before the Bachelorette was set to air, which didn’t sit well with them due to it being domestic violence and a child being present and involved. Fans also started to connect things with a rumor going around that Taylor was being seen getting back with Dakota after breaking off the engagement with Doug. Doug showed his support for Taylor by posting on Instagram with kind words. Many rumors are going around about Taylor and herself, or Taylor and Dakota, and also Taylor and her ex-husband, Tate Paul, so we all have to be careful with what we see and hear.
