We saw a lot of appearances from celebrities, even some that weren’t nominated for anything still came, and it was great to see them there. An example of this is McKenna Grace and her boyfriend, Mason Thames, both of whom went to the Oscars even though she wasn’t nominated for anything; fans still loved seeing her at the Oscars. We also got to see Kylie Jenner, who was there with her boyfriend Timothee Chalamet, where there were a few jokes that were thrown his way after what he said about ballet and opera. We also got to see Gracie Abrams there, which was good to see her at a big event like this one.

There was a battle between 2 movies throughout the whole night, One Battle after another, and sinners. Throughout the night, we watched as both movies won award after award, but the movie that ended up coming out on top was Sinners. The movie also made history as it was the first movie in which a woman won best cinematography. We also got to see Michael B. Jordan win best actor in a leading role, which fans were over the moon about.
We love seeing all these newer celebrities coming out of their shell and really showing their personalities through their styles, as well as well-known celebrities showing us that they still got it.

Lastly, we had a bunch of wonderful speeches at the Oscars, but the most touching speech was from the K-pop Demon Hunters. Golden was the first ever K-Pop song to win Best Original Song. Ejea gave a wonderful speech, she started off by telling everyone how she was bullied for liking K-pop, but now everyone is singing their song, and she’s so proud of that. This song and award are not about success, it’s about resilience, she said. Shes so grateful for her team. As well as this amazing, resilient cast of the K-pop demon hunters, and is so incredibly thankful for this film. She had tears running down her face as she said this beautiful speech, and reminded us of the empowerment of K-Pop.
