The Dopamine Experience:

The Dopamine Experience is an experience that is performed by artist Lil Tecca. Lil Tecca is a popular artist who has many hits, and continues to improve more every year. This tour for him has been an amazing hit, leading to a jump in popularity. This year has allowed him to skyrocket instead of just having a couple hits; Dopamine is now in the conversation for Album of the year, and is looked at as Tecca’s best Album by far. I recently had the chance to go to the Dopamine Experience with my friends on October 30th. It was a very fun time, and I wanted to give my analysis and showcase my experience. I took many pictures and had such a blast, I would recommend seeing Lil Tecca in person if you’re a fan and missed out on seeing him before.

Here was me and my friends (Leila Goree, and Aven Noble) waiting in the long line, for the concert. It was fairly cold, but we still stuck together and held high spirits even though it was gonna be a long wait. When we first got into the venue we got lucky that not a lot of people had arrived and we got to go straight to the front in the general admission, after the concert had started it became way more packed and hard to really do something without bumping into another person. This was still all apart of the fun, and made the experience feel way more worth it.

For this particular event Lil Tecca had an opener named, FFAWTY. This was an opener, I didn’t know a lot of his songs but I think he did get the crowd hyped for sure, I wasn’t his biggest fan, but I didn’t have super high expectations. There was another opener named Hardrock, but I couldn’t get a good picture as there was a big light show that was happening as well. But he was also a good performer and kept the crowd hype during a very long waiting period. I enjoyed them both for trying to make sure the crowd stayed active.

The way that Lil Tecca came on stage was very fun, but after a long wait, everyone was very ready for him to perform. It was so cool to see the amount of work put into these shows and putting everything together, and how hype everyone got. In my honest opinion though, he didn’t play very long after making everyone wait till like 9, when doors opened at 7. Which was fun just to hang with friends but it was for sure a long wait, so next time I would prep more for standing and wear better shoes.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS:

This concert was very enjoyable, and I had an amazing time with my friends! This was a must see performance, and I’m very glad I went even though it wasn’t perfect, it was still so fun that I got to experience this with my friends. I’m very happy I went, just be sure that if you’re into having more space maybe spend more money and you can get better seats or just come early as it is a smaller venue. If you’re into Lil Tecca, and wanna spend the money, a concert like this is well worth the money.
