Tanner Langdon became class president late last year after a very successful election campaign. Collecting endorsements from: Madison Heights mayoral candidate Quinn Wright, Mr. Vallus (which was his first ever endorsement), and the well-loved and respected Mr. Tuccini. When I asked Tanner about why he wanted to be class president he said, “There was an opportunity to lead and be the voice of the class.” I also asked him about what his goals were, he gave me three bullet points:
- To win the homecoming float competition (3 out of 4 years).
- We will leave LHS with the greatest gift ever presented (it’s a surprise).
- Encourage our class to leave with respect and empathy.
According to the results, a majority of the class of ’26 believes that Tanner is exactly what our class needs to represent us.
