The panda is a really beloved animal across the world, where it’s represented in many famous logos, such as the fast food restaurant Panda Express. The panda is beloved and is also one of the most friendliest bear species in the world, although it isn’t that common to spot a panda out in the wild. They are mostly found in captivity, as they have been endangered for over 26 years now. Luckily, as of 2026, the panda is no longer classified as endangered after being carefully taken care of for a couple of years now, although, they are now classified as vulnerable, we are a step closer to helping this species be able to live for a longer period of time and not die down like many other different species of animals that are forever left in the past, as we thought it might be, with the likelihood of new technology in bringing back extinct species from the dead.
The giant panda was first discovered on March 11, 1869, in Dengchigou, China. These wonderful animals have been around for many years, and it’s important that we can still have them for many years to come because we wouldn’t want our children to see pandas in a dictionary or museums, we want them to be able to experience a face to face panda experience as we have right now.
