Lamphere’s theatre director and teacher, Mrs. Stephanie Peltier, has released the cast list for the Lamphere Theatre Company’s production of the theater adaptation of Pride and Prejudice.
In the play, the main character, Elizabeth Bennet, also known as Lizzy, who is a woman of modest means and the other character, Mr. Darcy, is a wealthy man who rents an estate by the Bennet family. The play shows how they both have to make big changes throughout the play. Demonstrating how Lizzy must overcome her prejudice and Mr. Darcy must overcome his pride for their relationship to work out.
